Voting for the election of nine (9) members to form the Committee of Management will take place as follows:
- Wednesday 22 March 2023 – 10.00am to 1.00pm. 4.30 to 7.30pm
- Thursday 23 March 2023 – 10am to 1pm. 4.30 to 7.30pm
- Friday 24 March 2023 – 10am to 1pm. 5.30pm until
15 minutes after adjournment of the Annual General Meeting.
Counting will commence immediately after close of voting.
Election procedures will be conducted entirely by the Club’s Electoral Commission led by the Chief Electoral Commissioner, Mr John F. Galea.
The ballot paper is to be collected from the Electoral Commission upon presentation of the 2023 membership card which will be retained by the Commission. Voting is to take place immediately on the issue of the ballot paper. No ballot paper may be taken out of the voting room. Membership cards may then be collected from club reception desk from the day after the AGM.
A cross (X) should be marked against the name of UP TO BUT NOT MORE THAN NINE (9) of the candidates listed. The ballot paper will be invalidated if more than nine candidates are voted for or if anything is written on it.
